Challenge

Retail email design operates within tight constraints. Templates, brand guidelines, seasonal timelines, and promotional priorities shape the work from the start.

Each campaign needed to feel fresh while staying aligned with established systems. The balance was between editorial tone and clear promotional hierarchy. Too expressive and the message gets lost. Too rigid and it feels generic.

Outcome

The campaign series strengthened brand consistency while adapting to seasonal retail demands. For Samuelsohn and RW&CO., the updated email direction elevated their online image and significantly reinforced brand presence. The adaptable visual systems balanced creative direction with commercial goals, driving engagement while maintaining integrity. Internal teams at both companies responded very positively, aligning around a more cohesive and elevated digital standard.
